Sweden: a barometer of key skills in the public sector
The barometer is the result of a biannual survey of public employers and is now available in an interactive format in two versions (detailed and simplified). It provides an overview of the public sector's changing needs and skills requirements. It highlights areas of shortage where it can be difficult to fill vacancies or even to retain existing staff.
