Only the DGAFP is the recipient of your personal data. These ones, whether in individual or aggregated form, are never transmitted to a third party, except the subcontracting company APHANIA to which it uses to edit its publication, which is bound by contract not to reuse it. Neither the DGAFP nor its service provider APHANIA, are marketing the personal data of visitors and users of its site.

5. retention period

Your personal data is stored by the DGAFP only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in point 2 (a) above.
They are immediately deleted when you cancel your subscription.

7. Sending of the newsletter vision RH per email

The links inserted in the letter that you receive by email are tagged, but in a grouped way. The statistics collected from your clicks are global, by article or topic. No individual data is collected when you click on a link, and a fortiori no correlation is made to determine individual behaviors.
