A HR innovation laboratory for tomorrow’s Latvian government
#GovLabLatvia is an initiative set up by the government to pave the way for the reform of the Latvian public sector. Within one of three laboratories, the government’s HR experts, with help from qualified external players, define and plan the organisational structure to be rolled out. The focus is on creating innovative services in the public interest in an overhauled working environment, by placing the onus on agility, collaboration and speed.
