France: 2021 civil servant technology survey

With all the changes brought about by the pandemic, anticipation was high for the third annual survey of civil servants about workplace technology, and the participation rate was indeed up over previous editions. The survey covered four themes related to the work environment: equipment, tools and applications, networks and connectivity, and support and training. Three out of four civil servants report now being able to work from home.
