Structured around five main components and 14 operational objectives, the new “workplace health” plan presented by the Directorate General for Administration and the Civil Service to employee and employer representatives contains 37 measures. Some of these include trialling specific studies, introducing new training, making instructional resources and tools available, and developing initiatives to promote employee health.
