Portugal: national study on psychosocial risks

NEWS SOCIAL DIALOGUE AND QUALITY OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Faced with a phenomenon that is on the increase, according to the National Order of Psychologists, the administration is reacting by conducting a first large-scale study. A total of 77 bodies - representing every government department - are participating. They are committed to seeking direct knowledge, even anonymously, of the psychosocial risks existing in their organisation in order to improve the response to the needs of staff in terms of safety, health and well-being.
