The purpose of a new app called “ABC dei Dritti” is to compile and explain, in a pedagogical manner, the main legislation governing civil servants in a database with alphabetic and topic-based entries. It is updated by adding the judgments and decisions which have become case law. In addition, users can put questions to experts who will provide tailored answers.
