The “Top Skills” initiative for more female managers in the Belgian federal civil service

An initiative has been unveiled to encourage women to apply for positions in the senior civil service where they remain under-represented at less than 30%. The support programme comprises simulated interviews to better identify strengths and areas for improvement, together with more customised development advice and training and coaching offerings.
